This was my first experience ordering flowers from the Philippines for my daughter's birthday celebration in Bangkok. I gotta say, Forever Florist Thailand really nailed it with their customer service—super helpful and prompt. From what I saw in the photos, the flowers looked stunning and vibrant. I’ll surely be placing another order with them in the future.

I picked the cheapest blooms I could find from them, mainly 'cause I'm a bit frugal and the Thai culture doesn’t really go for over-the-top gifts. The recipient had a car accident and wasn’t in the office that day, but the florist reached out to her and set up a delivery for Monday. They ended up sending something way nicer than what I had chosen, and she was super happy, which made me feel great too.

I ordered from Canada, and there was a hiccup with locating my address, so the delivery didn’t happen on the day I wanted. But they kept at it and didn’t throw in the towel. They dealt with the issue like pros and showed real concern. The flowers arrived the following day, and they were stunning. I’d definitely go with this company again.

The original box for the flowers was out of stock, but they quickly arranged a lovely oval alternative. There was a hiccup with my girlfriend's phone number, but that got sorted out in no time. I chose this company because they operate in Thailand, so the recipient doesn’t have to deal with delivery fees or taxes, unlike if I ordered from Spain, where import taxes would apply. Another surprising thing is that the flower box on their site seemed small, but as you can see in the attached photo, it’s actually quite spacious.
